  1. Where are you located?
  2. One block North of Bells Ferry road next to Marietta Seventh Day Adventist Church. If you are on I-75 go to exit 267b (Canton Road) stay right to Cobb Parkway. At the light turn right and go 8/10 of a mile. You will go through 2 stop lights (second light is Bells Ferry Rd.), go to the first street on the right (Field Parkway), turn on to Field Parkway, then make a quick left (service road), go to the top if the hill, we are on the right. .

  3. What if I need a tow? Do I have to pay upfront?
  4. Call our towing service (Hackney Towing) at 770-424-3187. We can add any towing charges to your repair ticket. No need to pay up front.

  5. Do you handle extended warranties?
  6. Yes. We accept most extended warranties except those issued by Honda of America, i.e., Honda Care & Acura Care. Honda requires that service under these warranties only be done at a Honda or Acura Dealer.

  7. Do you have a body shop?
  8. No, we are not set up to do major body repairs or painting, but we can connect you to good body shops that we work with all the time that do Honda and Acura work.

  9. My car needs tires, do I have to go to a tire shop?
  10. No, we carry leading brands of tires for all Honda and Acura cars as well as SUV's. We also do alignment and balancing in addition to any maintenance or service you may need.

  11. My car is due for service. Do I need an appointment?
  12. Appointments are suggested since some services can take 2-3 hours to complete. We can do 3,000 mile service or an oil change while you wait.

  13. What are your hours of operation?
  14. We are open Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, closed on Sundays and closed on New years day, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day and Christmas day. We do have a key drop for after-hours drop off. We suggest you call ahead (770-427-1745) so we can get all the information about what you need done.

  15. When I drop off my car can you give me a ride to home or work?
  16. We provide courtesy shuttle service to home or work although we must limit the distance to approximately 5 miles one way.

  17. My car needs service, but I need a car during the day. Do you have a loaner or rental car program?
  18. We work with Auto Save and Enterprise. Let us know what you need when you make your service appointment and we will work with you to have the car here when you drop your car for service. When service is completed, you’ll be able to drop the rental car here at Alan Cox Automotive.

  19. Do you install performance parts or do engine upgrades?
  20. We offer a complete line of performance parts including body kits, suspension modifications, B16 engine swaps and exhaust system modifications. See our Redline Auto Club section of our Web page.
